    Hi again,

    I'm trying to delete some files from the tape. I'm
    doing with this:

    tar --delete my_file.txt -v -f /dev/pt0

    And I receive the following:

    tar:Could not re-position archive file
    tar:Error is not recoverable: exiting now

    Isn't it the correct way to delete files from the tape
    ??. I haven't found any other option either command to
    do it. What's going on now ??
